Since its foundation in 1971, WACOM ELECTRIC has consistently pleased customers by providing reliable, high-quality special light sources and related goods while continuing to look to the future by developing fresh products to match new applications.
In 2005, we made a particularly large impact in the exposure light source manufacturing industry which spread our name around the world by releasing a 35kW short arc UV lamp for color filter exposure equipments for extra large LCD panels, the largest lamp of its kind.
More recently, we have been promoting the continued rapid growth and spread of the solar market to every industry and all corners of the world and supporting clean energy by improving the performance and lowering the costs of our already acclaimed output evaluation solar simulators as the expansion of the market really takes wing.
