I-V measurement system

  • This is the system for measuring I-V characteristics (current and voltage) PV cell and Module, it can also outoput I-V curve data.
  • This simulator consist of bias supply, I-V tester (AD converter), digital thermometer and a control computer (including specialized software and a printer).
  • Measurement Items : Isc (short-circuit current), Voc (open-circuit voltage), Pm (maximum power), Vpm (voltage of maximum power), Eff (efficiency), FF (fill factor), MTemp (measurement temperature)
  • Simultaneous measurement models for Monitor cell (2 channel type) are also available.
